The first release of EarwigBot's code. The core/framework works, but the bot's built-in IRC command list is small and the wikitools have limitations. Porting tasks from the old EarwigBot is mostly complete. The config parser works and it can read and write well, but the config file format may not be perfected. The codebase is organized and consistent, but it may be missing some documentation. Parts of the code can possibly be made more efficient or more Pythonic. The bot is complete enough for another Python developer to clone its code and easily run a bot of their own.
