Port old Wikipedia bot tasks

There are eight bot tasks that need to be rewritten for the new EarwigBot:

• afc_catdelink
• afc_copyvios
• afc_dailycats
• afc_statistics
• afc_undated
• blptag
• feed_dailycats
• wrongmime

The rewritten code is to completely replace the old EarwigBot code, which is the only remaining part of old EarwigBot still running. feed_dailycats, afc_dailycats, and afc_undated are not very urgent, as the existing old code is decent. blptag, wrongmime, afc_statistics, and afc_catdelink's old code is working, but inefficient. afc_copyvios is arguably the most urgent, because its old code is completely nonoperational in its current state, and it is arguably EarwigBot's most or second-most important bot task.
