[BUG] a few comments on the command line prompt interface #113

First
The first question on the prompts is
"Enter (true y yes) if you want a full csv. Enter (false n no) if you want a raw csv [Default: True]: "
Nobody is going to know what that is, and I don't even know what that is. We should just remove this.
Second
The landcover default is 1. This adds a lot of processing time, and downloading, etc, and not everyone is going to need it. I think the default should be 0.
