MyDXCC should not be shown as 0

The logview shows all non defined MY_DXCC as 0.
DXCC = 0 is an error so:

If My_DXCC or DXCC == 0; logview should show blank.
If My_DXCC or DXCC == 0; ADIF or any other export should not export the affected field.
If there is a station_callsign; each time a QSO is added, MY_DXCC field should be added if not existing.

Create a function to calculate & fill all the QSOs with the MY_DXCC of the incumbent QSO. This function should be called the first time that this KLog version is executed.
