Hooks and Runtime Behavior

Harness installs execution hooks (circuit breaker, scope guard, stop gate) into Claude Code sessions. These hooks:

  • Track verification state
  • Block unsafe operations

If you find a bypass or unintended behavior in these mechanisms, please report it.
