Re-capture on running second normcap instance is not working #821
Description
What happened?
Normcap is running in the tray in a standby mode (ie not in capture mode). On an attempt to run another instance via shortcut, nothing happens, but I was expecting for capture to reinitiate (as per #306 ). Running normcap via terminal (cmd or powershell) works as expected and launches capturing immediately.
