Move the README.md files to the guidelines/contributing folder in order to show the documentation on the design guidelines site.
- Update
catalog.json - Create folder structure
- Store documentation files in every image folder
- Remove heading anchors
- Remove emojis
- Change link paths in overview to the relative paths in developer central
