Quick nav relative links affect the selected option of the sidenav

Describe the bug
When moving between pages using our Link component with relative URLs (contains "#") like https://developer.dxc.com/halstack/next/utilities/halstack-provider/#localization, the current option in the Sidenav doesn't appear as selected. This doesn't happen when you open a tab and go directly to the specified link, so it looks like an issue with the Sidenav.

To Reproduce

1. Go to halstack-react site.
2. Go to 'Localization' page.
3. Click on the first Halstack Provider link.
4. Check if the Localization option of the sidenav appears as selected.

Expected behaviour
The current page should appear as selected in the Sidenav.
