Chore Add all existing items to “all” list

I merged the reorder PR #345 ⬆️⬇️
But the function to add all existing items to the “all” list appears to not be invoked. 🤷‍♂️

need to investigate why. 🔎🕵️‍♂️

we just need to add them to the list for them to appear in the main view. 💭
