[CONTRIBUTION] Add Barter router trades to dex aggregators

Add Barter to dex_aggregator.trades on Ethereum

Barter is an Ethereum DEX router that powers several major intent-based DEXs and front-ends, including Match Meta, Bebop, Enso, Velora, deBridge and Cowswap, to provide DeFi users with optimal execution. In the last 30 days, 700 million in volume has been processed, and in the peak month of September, the volume exceeded 3 billion without Cowswap.

We would like to add Barter trades (excluding Cowswap batches to avoid duplication) to the 'dex_aggregator_trades' dataset on Ethereum.
