Remove profile/version from record type dropdown (Add or Create Records, maybe other places)

I should be able to start typing "coll..." here and have it jump to "collectionobject"

Given that everything starts with "core 10.1.0 " I either have to type "core 10.1.0 coll..." (Just no) or point and click (Ugh)

Also we said we wanted to keep profile/version info out of end-user view as much as possible in this application.
