Remove "Export Record Ids" activity

The complication here is that many of the Minitest tests rely on that activity, as it was the only one defined that did not require a file upload.

We can keep it in as an "easter egg" (nothing to do with it being simpler for tests of course 😉 ) -- and just remove it from the ui.
