Overview
This tried to expand the functionality of the PS weights in the refactor of the GEN weight code. It replaces the case statements with if statements and adds hardcoded lists for different weights to handle files with "gaps" in the LumiHeader
There are still print out statements used for testing in the code, but after this has been approved then they can be removed and these commits squashed
