Trade Block announcement

Wondering if we could add a feature that announces players who teams mark as "likely to trade" once a week or so? Kind of like a trade block summary? I could even make a PR with this feature if you'd be interested in that?

I'm not really sure the value in this. Couldn't you just tell your league mates on the same chat platform? Feels like it would be more of an annoyance than a help. If you write a PR, I could certainly add it and make it optional with a default of off.

Yeah if someone is really actively looking to make a trade they would just tell everyone, but I think the guys who are just "available" may not always be announced by the person. I think it just might be cool to have it all in one place who is marked as "likely to trade". I may look into it - thanks for your response!

I think it would be useful. My league marks folks as open to trade all the time without telling anyone..
