Do we need kalatheme_get_grid_size()

There is a bunch of code in utils.inc to do with getting 'grid size' or 'grid in use'. I don't really get what it's needed for but we should work it out. It does seem specific to custom Bootstrap libs. @pirog might be able to offer some insight.
