Claude Code exposed the old Poteto name in /ronin's picker. The command moved. Its metadata did not.

This replaces the public description, renames the shared worker prompt to ronin-agent, and rejects Poteto branding in skill metadata. Upstream provenance keeps its original names.

Existing copied installs will not update themselves. Reinstall ronin after this merges.

Verify:

  • bun run check
  • Inspect dist/ronin/skills/ronin/SKILL.md

Note

Low Risk
Documentation, metadata, persona rename, and test/verify updates only; no runtime auth or data-path changes.

Overview
Fixes Claude Code’s /ronin picker showing the old Poteto name by aligning public skill metadata and worker prompts with ronin branding.

The main ronin skill description is rewritten so it no longer references Poteto. ronin-core and HOST_CONTRACT.md point delegates at personas/ronin-agent.md (renamed from poteto-agent.md) with updated frontmatter and prose. skills/ronin/SKILL.md, references/plan.md, and test fixtures (delegation.json, routing.json) follow the same naming.

scripts/verify.mjs now fails if any skill name or description still matches poteto/potato, and the persona routing check targets ronin-agent.md. orch.test.ts expects branch names like ronin/u1 instead of poteto/u1.
