feat(health): robust path recovery with absolute path enforcement

This final PR iteration provides the most complete health path recovery:

• Absolute Path Enforcement: Automatically converts any buggy relative paths in the database to absolute paths on the mount.
• Universal Recovery: Repairs any broken, missing (NULL), or renamed library_path records.
• Folder-Agnostic: Verifies every path against the actual filesystem without relying on staging folder names.
• Webhook Integration: Includes the 'Smart Re-linking' for both Rename and Download webhooks.
