Allow docker service configurations to be defined in the project-x.yml #103
Description
Problem/Motivation:
As you're setting up a project there are always special use cases were you need to divert from the normal, add new packages, pecl packages, etc. It would be nice to be able to provide that type of configuration right in the project-x.yml for a particular service.
