The goal of this project is to build a GNU Radio block that implements
a direct digital synthesizer (DDS) for use with a direct digital
down-converter (DDC).

Build instructions:

    mkdir build
    cd build
    cmake ../
    make
    sudo make install
    sudo ldconfig
