This will fix issues like dresende/node-orm2#416. It also encourages code reuse rather than copying and pasting from other packages.

This will fix issues like dresende/node-orm2#416.
It encourages code reuse rather than copying and pasting from other packages.
It reuses driver functionality from ORM to make life easier.

This is a significant change, however I believe it moves things in the right direction.
