[Issue/Request] Change right click menus to current theme

Using Windows 95-98 theme and right click menus have a glass like selection highlight. If it is to be accurate, it is 100% opaque and dark blue, around HEX color #00008b, for this specific theme. Also the background menu color shouldn't be white globally, too.

All themes have this issue of not being accurate to the respective menus.

Just to clarify, not asking to fix all right click menus, just the ones that pertain to Retrobar, such as bringing up the:

• "Adjust Time/Date, Customize Notifications, Task Manager, Properties, Exit RetroBar"
• "Customize Notifications, Task Manager, Properties, Exit RetroBar"
• "Task Manager, Properties, Exit RetroBar"
• "Restore, Move, Size, Minimize, Maximize, Close"

Could you please provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? What you're describing indeed sounds unexpected, so I'd like to confirm what exactly it looks like for you. RetroBar themes (are supposed to) also theme context menus.
