Please add vertical scrollbar (to Windows XP Classic) #1306

What a great application! Loving it!
In Windows XP Classic style (and maybe others too), when having 2 rows, but having more buttons, in older Windows versions a vertical scrollbar appeared, showing how much lines were on your taskbar. Currently just two up/down buttons are shown with no visual clue as to how many rows of icons are on your taskbar.
Please add such a feature/option.
