The argument name --dkenv is short for deployment key environment variable, still considering better names for this.
Still need to fine tune how best to print the private key to screen (newlines etc). Next need to use the environment key in deploy.
Getting the indentation to look nice (while deliberately not indenting the private key to make life simple for copy-and-paste).
