Add undo/redo capability to the application #1

Originally issue #7 in dralan71/luggage-tracker
Implement undo and redo functionality within the application to allow users to revert and reapply actions. This will improve user experience by providing more flexibility when managing luggage entries and modifications. Consider using a command pattern or similar approach to track and reverse operations such as add, edit, and delete. Ensure UI/UX supports these controls clearly. Document the implementation and update relevant tests.
