it is HangZhou not HongZhou in China

I noticed that HongZhou in countriesCities.json，there is no city named HongZhou in China, just HangZhou

@wuqinqiang Thanks for reporting. I found that Hangzhou exists so have removed the HongZhou from the cities table.
