Added codes for better user authentication

Ive added a few layer of codes which allows users to change their user password and allow admins to change user passwords.

Hi @Krulcii, before reviewing I've noticed the PR template is not completed correctly and the commit message does not adhere to the format found in the contributing document. Can you fix those up? Thanks.

Hi @Krulcii - please see Jake's earlier comment. Please adjust your commit message format.

Looking at the code I think you can also enhance the structure of the code - I'm not sure that different user roles need different password changing processes.
