style: improve logos for README.md, CONTRIBUTORS.md (yugabyte#8278)

Improve the logos at the top of README.md and CONTRIBUTORS.md. Use an external image that's high-quality and has a transparent background. The transparent background gets rid of the awkward white box in GitHub dark mode, and it's still easy to read. Thanks Grishma for providing the image and Sergey Shevchenko for adding it to the website. Also do some HTML formatting to make sure the images have good size and position. Remove the old logo image as it appears to be used nowhere else. Close: yugabyte#7080
