Add/move additional verification legs into new pipelines that follow on from the official build.

Once source-build and MSFT's builds are in the same pipeline, we can then beef up the follow-on verification. Stage 2 builds, scenario test execution, etc. can be launched from the main pipeline, using the outputs as a resource.
