Add relevant SourceBuild tests for sourcelinks

We need to ensure that sourcelinks continue to be generated in SourceBuild. This is related to: #2883, that was being fixed with dotnet/runtime#76685 and dotnet/installer#14698

Tests should primarily check that correct source-link metadata is embedded in managed and native binaries.
