- The new arm64 build configuration does not include a container specification unlike the corresponding linux-x64 job. If a specific container environment is required for arm64 builds, please add a 'container' parameter to align with the existing configuration.

Yes, but it was accidentally resolved with a partial fix for this work - dotnet/runtime#3298 I'll add references to all 3 of my PRs to that issue. |
