Restarted the failed test. |

CI failure in OSX is a known unrelated problem on the checkout step, and is affecting all Apple legs, FR is aware of it. Retrying won't work. |

Customer Impact
This PR fixes a regression that leads to an extremely small gen0 budget on all macOS-x64 machines with macOS 12.0 and newer. It results in frequent GC collections and might affect performance a lot (just like we had on arm here) in comparison with .NET 6.0
