The version that flows in automatically appears to still be old. We need to fix that, but in the meantime, we're a month out of date on the compiler.

cc @danmoseley. We treat this change as tell-mode (infra change) as the compiler upgrade is necessary to ship the product. This unblocks #57628 which unpins the compiler version to make sure that coherent version of roslyn (which is promoted by Arcade) is used (especially important for source build). |
