As a follow up to #51491, it was unclear whether the PlatformNotSupportedExceptions from iOS and tvOS should be extended to MacCatalyst. The test suites skipped for MacCatalyst in that PR were re-ran locally to see what test methods failed with PlatformNotSupportedException. It was discovered that some test methods failed with non-PNSE failures.

Need to check runtime-staging pipeline so removed the auto-merge label I added.
