[browser] run dotnet in service worker or Worklet

Do we want the same wasm memory for multiple tabs ?
Do we care that they would share user's security tokens inside the dotnet memory ?
Do we have vision how "upgrade" should work when one of the tabs receives new version of the app ?
What 3rd party solutions already exist ?
