[.NET 5.0 RC1] HashAlgorithm unsupported (regression)

Describe the bug

I tried porting a Blazor WASM app from .NET 3.1 LTS to .NET 5.0 RC1. For the login process, the hash value is calculated from the user's password. For this we used HashAlgorithm.ComputeHash(byte[]). With .NET 3.1 LTS this worked fine. Now I notice that .NET 5.0 RC1 tells me that HashAlgorithm.ComputeHash(byte[]) does not work in the browser.

Because this worked before and also the breaking changes link do not list this change, it must be a bug.

To Reproduce

Try to execute the following code:

using SHA512 sha512 = new SHA512Managed();
var data = sha512.ComputeHash(Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes("password"));

Exceptions (if any)

It just works like in .NET 3.1 LTS or it should be documented as breaking change.

SHA256Managed should be supported again in RC2 see #42267

It was said EXACTLY the same when missing, what was said for last Preview, then RC1, now RC2. Sure, sure...
