Description

Some regex expression fail in Mono AOT

Regex.Split("asd", "urn:message:XYZ\\.Mess", RegexOptions.IgnoreCase | RegexOptions.NonBacktracking);

Reproduction Steps

  1. clone https://gitlab.com/ittennull/blazor_aot_bug
  2. run dotnet publish AotBug/AotBug.csproj -c Release
  3. open index.html

Expected behavior

no exceptions, same as in non-AOT case

    @ittennull please try the same with Net10 and report back.

    You can also try to enable logging

    It looks lot like #117557 but it's something else.
    I tested the attached sample and it reproduces in 10.0.8 but it's working fine in Net11 preview7

    The #119004 fix is missing on Net10 brach
