[browser][MT] Threaded jiterpreter is not available in .NET 9

Using the runtime option --jiterpreter-traces-enabled on .NET 9.0.2 logs an error saying that the option is read-only:

Is it possible to backport the threaded jiterpreter support to .NET 9?
