This regression is likely caused by #105714 @sbomer. Based on the PR description I think it is also expect since we are keeping the parameter names now, right?

Yes, it's expected to introduce a small size regression. If the size impact is undesirable and debugger support isn't required, you can get back the small size savings by setting <DebuggerSupport>false</DebuggerSupport>.
