Right click "Suppress" should be enabled even when the error list selection has some suppressed issues #6425
Description
Currently, when user bulk selects issues in error list, we only show the "Suppress" command in context menu if all issues are active and only show the "Remove Suppression(s)" command if all active issues are suppressed.
Proposal in the design meeting was to change the former to show "Suppress" command if any issue can be suppressed - we will just ignore any already suppressed issues in the selection.
