Failure is unrelated:

  The process cannot access the file 'D:\a\_work\1\s\artifacts\SymStore\Release\rzls\net8.0\rzls.pdb' because it is being used by another process.

Yep, thats an ongoing issue we have. It will pass under retry. Thanks for the PR
