Localizations not indicated in language selection (resx editor)

In the VS resource editor there is no indication whatsoever which languages are already localized or not. Its very dificult to keep track of localizations already, without indication which languages are already used its even more complicated. One has to verify through filenames in the project folder instead.
A simple language in bold or italic would help.

Resource Designer has been replaced by Resource Explorer which fixes this issue.
