Fix hang when running `AddRemoveFromSameThreads` and `AddRemoveFromDifferentThreads` in BDN 0.16

Updating to the newest version of BDN broke these tests and they now hang. I have some core dumps that I can add to this issue, but for now we are just disabling the tests.
