There are cases where response continuations can block a grain. Eg, @ledjon-behluli ran into a scenario where in a small console app, calling
Console.ReadKey()immediately after awaiting a grain call could result in the grain's scheduler being blocked. To fix this universally, we should setRunContinuationsAsynchronously = trueinResponseCompletionSource.This can have a negative impact on throughput since it causes continuations to be scheduled via the tasks scheduler, but it avoids the above issue.
