Increment the servicing revision and retain Arcade SDK 26468.2 because 26472.2 fails during IBC training input generation with PathTooLongException. Keep the XUnitExtensions update from the dependency flow.

Restore the Arcade SDK update and override its IBC training target through the repository AfterSigning extension point. Use an extended-length output path so the .NET Framework task can generate deeply nested OptProf files on Windows.

The Arcade GenerateTrainingInputFiles task was failing on deeply nested OptProf files because its .net Framework file handling exceeded MAX_PATH. I manually overrode the imported target through AfterSigning.targets and added the \?\ extended-path prefix only to its output directory, but CI still fails, so it didn't work, I'll ping you when resolved

This should unblock it: dotnet/arcade#17640. @JanProvaznik do you know who is appropriate person to review arcade PRs?

The .NET Framework task rejects the extended path prefix as an illegal path. Leave the generated Arcade target intact while the underlying task is corrected upstream.
