Enable Microsoft.Build.TaskAuthoring.Analyzer for MSBuild task projects built in the dotnet/dotnet VMR.
This serves two goals:
- Dogfood the analyzer against a large and representative set of task implementations.
- Find and fix correctness and multithreading-safety problems in VMR tasks.
Triage all reported diagnostics. Fix analyzer false positives and task issues, or document intentional suppressions.
Definition of done
VMR CI runs the analyzer on applicable task projects, all reported diagnostics are triaged, and there are no known P1 analyzer false positives or unresolved high-priority task issues.
