[iOS, Mac] CLR/ObjCRuntime.ObjCException thrown when clicking the CV items to set a net window page of the Application

Description

On iOS and macOS, a CLR/ObjCRuntime.ObjCException error occurs when setting the current window's page to a selected page from a CollectionView that contains multiple pages. This issue does not occur on Android and Windows, where the same code works as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached sample HostAppIssue.zip
2. Click on any page in the app.
3. An exception occurs on both iOS and macOS.

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio Code 1.102.1 with .NET MAUI versions 9.0.90, 9.0.0, 9.0.21, 9.0.14. It can be reproduced on iOS and MacCatalyst platform in both CV1 and CV2 from 9.0.21.

Seems similar to #29937 which is fixed by #29940 and now is inflight/candidate.
