The work I've been doing here revealed some incorrect behavior on Android
Bugzilla47923 started failing because the content started to correctly get center aligned but the surrounding ContentViewGroup wasn't getting adjusted
Can we make sure to update (or add to) the SCrollView matrix set of tests to account for this.
