[Android] Right SwipeView items are not visible in the SwipeView.

Description

Issue 1 :

I have text in RightSwipeItems, but when swiping to the right, the text is not visible in the SwipeView. This issue occurs on Android , On iOS it working fine

Issue 2 :

Additionally , I have noticed that On Left swipe , text is not centered which is at start position only.. On iOS , it working fine

This issue has been verified Visual Studio 17.13 Preview 3.0 (9.0.30 & 9.0.22 & 9.0.0 & 8.0.100 & 8.0.3). Can repro this issue on android platform.
