The above error message doesn't really give me much information to go on in terms of diagnosing this... Is there more in the logs? Do you maybe have a screenshot of what you're seeing or a screen capture or can you share the project you have built so far?

How is it possible that we cannot create the counter template in the latest version of Visual Studio 17.12.3 in NET 9?

I actually wanted to create a project for the problem of local notification in Windows, but I can't even run Counter app! I haven't even put a single code character in the project, but get the error if I try to run project:

Ok, a repair of Visual Studio has helped so that the error message no longer appears with newly created MAUI Blazor projects.

With this projec before repair of VS (see github), however, this is still a problem and it may be that you can start the counter app 3 times without any problems and then the error message appears 3 times.

It would be interesting to know if anyone else has this problem when downloading and trying the Github project?

• Build -> Select Clear Solution
• Start Windows Machine (Start Project)

Then the message “The program ‘[1072] LocalNotificationWindows.exe’ has exited with code 3221226356 (0xc0000374).” should appear.

If you start the project again, the window appears briefly, is then closed and the error message appears again. If you start the project for the third, fourth or fifth time, this error message always appears.

But if you set a stop in MAUProgram.cs and debug step by step, then in some cases the counter app is opened without an error message.

Error is generated apparently at
