Description

When the window is reduced and switched tab between MyRecipe and Recipe Search, the more button(...) will disappear. Only when the window is resized again, the more button(...) will display.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://github.com/rachelkang/recipeSearch to windows machine
2. Resized the window until the more button ... appears.
3. Switched tab between MyRecipe and Recipe Search.
4. Observed the windows.

Actual result:
When the window is reduced and switched tab between MyRecipe and Recipe Search, the more button will disappear.

Expected results:
Switched tab between MyRecipe and Recipe Search, more button won't disappear.

Not a regression, The issue also repro on 8.0.40 & 8.0.20 & 8.0.3
